Heating System Testing & Replacement

We test the heating system for efficiency, health and safety and to see if heating system is properly sized for home. If we can’t justify replacement of furnace we will clean and tune heating system to make sure its running as efficiently as possible.

Window & Door Replacement

We check for drafts that may be coming in around windows and doors. If weather-stripping can be used to seal up drafts we start there, if that won’t work we would look into repair or replacement of window.

Home Insulation

We make sure the home is properly insulated throughout; whether it’s the attic, sidewalls, crawlspace, box and rim joist and knee walls.

Air Sealing of Home

Air sealing works hand in hand with proper insulation. We try to seal up any holes or leaks where warm air may be escaping to the outside or other areas of the home not intended to be heated. This is especially important in the attic.
